8KM at a conversational pace.
If you’re a newer runner or 8KM feels like a bit much, you’re welcome to run 2 laps (5KM) instead.
No pressure.
No racing.
Just movement and meaningful connections.
Whether you’re new in Brussels or have lived here for years,
SYNC is about running together and building community.
All levels welcome.
