SOCIAL RUNNING – PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Social Running events is entirely voluntary. By joining a session, participants acknowledge that they are doing so of their own free will.

2. Health & Medical Responsibility

Participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to take part in a group running activity.

Each participant is responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and should stop exercising if experiencing pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any abnormal symptoms.

Social Running does not provide medical advice or supervision.

3. Assumption of Risk

Running involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Falls
  • Collisions with pedestrians or cyclists
  • Traffic-related incidents
  • Weather-related hazards
  • Physical injury

By participating, individuals accept these risks.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Run at their own pace
  • Respect traffic laws
  • Follow public safety rules
  • Respect instructions given by the organizer

Social Running is a community-based running group and not a competitive or performance-driven program.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Running and its organizer shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during events for communication and promotional purposes. Participants consent to the use of such media unless they explicitly object.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for communication related to Social Running activities and will not be shared with third parties.
